Every project on this site started as a question I wanted answered or a problem I wanted solved. TickerHeat came from not trusting financial news. The Daily Reel came from wanting one page to start my morning instead of twelve tabs. I build them fast, usually in a weekend, and I publish the recipe so anyone can build their own.
The method matters more than any single project: an AI agent does the building, a second model reviews the work, and I route every disagreement and make every call. Ideas are cute. Execution is everything.
